Raymond Roller Mill is an vertical ring-roll mill with an integral classification system that simultaneously dries, pulverizes and classifies a number of different types of products including limestone, barite, gypsum, feldsapr, clay, minerals and others. From a feed ranging in size from about 10-50mm, the raymond roller mill can produce particles ranging from coarse, granular products of about as fine as 40 mesh - 325 mesh (0.38mm - 0.045mm).

Applications of Raymond Roller Mill:
A Raymond roller mill is most effective processing materials that are 5 or less on the Mohs scale of hardness, and raw material moisture content less than 6%. There are a few limitations, but the most practical are soft to medium hard materials. They can also be used to prepare feed for systems producing ultra-fine materials, such as a Raymond Vertical mill, ball mill system. The mill provides efficient control of product size with minimal power, resulting in a flexible, cost-effective production.

Raymond Roller Mills are available with grinding ring diameters ranging from 500-1923mm. These sizes are capable of producing a wide range of product fineness from a wide variety of material.
