Introduction of Limestone Mill:

Limestone is one very important and common raw material in the building and construction industry, etc.

Limestone mill also is known as limestone grinding mill, roller type limestone mill, limestone powder making machine, etc. It is ideal for crushing and grinding the raw limestone into limestone powder in the size range of 80 mesh to 425 mesh. The limestone powder output fineness can be adjusted easily by adjusting the rotation speed of powder classifier.

Working Principle of Limestone Mill:

01. Jaw Crusher is used to crush the raw limestone into size less than 25 mm in advance.

02. Belt conveyor or bucket elevator is used to feed crushed limestone into hopper.

03. Vibrating feeder is installed on the bottom of hopper, and it is used to feed crushed limestone into limestone mill evenly.

04. Limestone mill grind the crushed limestone into fine limestone powder, and the limestone powder output size can be adjusted easily in the range of 80 mesh to 425 mesh.

Limestone mill consists of powder classifier, blower, cyclone powder collector, grinding chamber, snail shell, bag filter, air duct, etc.

05. Electric control cabinet is used to control the whole limestone grinding plant.
